If the owner wants to get all your balances, I think he would say that all balances were stolen and close exchange. Didn't you had already enough warnings?Instead of it I think he just reduces costs.

why would he close if people keep sending crypto there for him to steal lol.
Ok, I'm not forcing someone to use this exchange. I use it, and my money are ok.
If you look on coinmarketcap, because of all news about c-cex, the exchange rate is about zero. I don't think that people send a lot of money.
