IMO, timing is very important to consider. When you're putting capital to crypto with goal of raising $ value on random ocassion you're betting on a succesful $ value appreciation over the long timeframe which really a risky business. A lot of past calls made by these 'experts' are proven to be false which indicates that their guesses are as good as ours. Still, constant learning is the best way to get any outcome we want wit our investments.
