There is logic in your words. But not everything is so simple ... if everything was so simple, then why do we need exchanges? All projects themselves would sell and themselves would buy their coins ...
Other projects don't have fixed rates for their coins. They expect the rate to be formulated by the market. We don't need that. We set the rate, not the market.
