As I would see it there are two fundamental reasons why abundance seekers would prefer not to do KYC. To begin with KYC should be for financial specialists Bounty seekers are not clients of the task they would prefer not to reveal their data to other people. Also abundance seekers that utilization various records  obviously don't need KYC.
