Do you agree with this guy? All I know is Mr. Draper is a billionaire, huge bitcoin bull and a venture capitalist.
I kinda agree with him when I look at the bitcoin inform of investment vehicle for long-term, not just hit and run kind of investment.

It depends upon the situation you are in, if you see bitcoin as a currency you can invest in it anytime and make a transaction, but if you are looking as an asset then you should be careful when you invest, the market situation is important when you invest and not to invest when the market is rallying at the top, the best time is always when the bear holds the market down and wait for the long haul, you will end up in profit in the next bull run.
