I don't think there is the best time to trade because you can trade in anytime you want. Besides that, the market will always move in any second so you can find the best moment to enter the market. I usually do at midnight, but on the other day, I trade in the afternoon. It depends on the free time I have at that time because I don't always trade in daily. Every trader has their own time to trade, and they will trade if they think that they have time.
