I normally find ICO projects in Bitcointalk forum and do reference in ICO rating websites. I dont really follow the influencers in Youtube and Twitter. It is better to read the white paper ourselves before deciding whether to invest or not.
actually it's easier to find ICO projects on the Bitcointalk forum and I also agree because I also usually find ICO projects in this forum. there are many ways to find an ICO project and it depends on yourself if you want to invest.
