That is indeed big news and I wonder how come this went unnoticed and didn't show any impact on the market of PPT. Completion of invoice platform and switching from beta to full version is big achievement and shows how much work has been done. We can see little bit increase in price of PPT but that is because of other reasons.
Maybe we didn't see the price surge we expected because everyone in the crypto-verse is currently invested in bitcoin.
To some extent yes, PIP is currently a little bit operating under the hood and ramping up the business (Liquidity and number of invoices but also there goto market strategy is unfolding now)
I still believe that once they start getting new partnerships for the project we will automatically start seeing some good price movement. Now that we have transitioned to a live version we might soon see a partnership.
