How do I find a mentor that has lots of experience doing this stuff?

Go to youtube. Find a best trading tutorial you see, then look for their description link if they are offering online course or membership fee for their community. There are also some trader that travels in different state/countries to teach his/her students in trading. It's better if you'll be able to pick a good mentor which will teach you personally rather than online.Online and also in person.

If we can watch non sense videos in youtube, I'm sure we can spend time learning how to trade because our aim is to be successful.
It will certainly take a lot of effort to learn and be effective, but if you love what you are doing, that will give you a good result.
