You guys definetly have to improve your withdraw confirmation e-mails, took ages to get them....and when they arrive the code is expired 
Done several tests on my mail adress, 4 friends send me mail from >10 different mail providers and all arrive within less then 30sec, so its not me, my redict provider or gmail.
