Boris spent a lot of money for making video games,buying now useless ATMs and who knows what else,not thinking at all to make first at least 1 or 2 reliable income sources for project. I believe they started payment cards program only to provide enough money and time for Boris to finish expensive video games.That is why they didnt care will theirs cards be banned or not,are they legal or not.Cards need to held just few months to patch Boris financial black hole,until video game is finished.
