Honestly you can't be more wrong, investing in altcoins requires technical knowledge and any big investors always has a technical assistant to look over any project for them I am talking about millionares and billionares. Even by paying someone to write a fancy whitepaper they are not going to write a technically well developed white paper which is the reason to be well informed on the technical aspects of the project.
there aren't any millionaires or billionaires wasting their time investing in altcoins, i don't even know where you got that idea from!
as for the whitepaper i stand on what i said. even bitcoin's white paper is not good enough to understand what bitcoin stands for. it is only an
abstract idea at best. that is the purpose of a whitepaper anyways.
Altcoins is not to be used for a speculative purpose.
i find this contradictory with what you started here. you say you want to help members make a better "investment" in altcoins then you say they shouldn't be used for speculative purposes!
also, I ask that you do not bother replying as any conversation that you try to indulge will be reported for going off-topic as I will not be discussing or allow for the promotion of ignorance in this thread or allow for the suggestion of others to not read the whitepaper as you are not a profesional investor nor have been a accredited investor before cryptocurrency came along.
i am sorry you didn't like my opinion but that is my observation after a couple of years of being around and seeing hundreds of altcoins come and go and i still don't claim to be a professional and i don't dare give investment advice to anyone in a market that is mostly pump and dumps!
you also seem to have misunderstood parts of my comment. i never suggested not-to-read the whitepapers. all i said was that you won't be able to tell whether a coin is good or bad only by reading its whitepaper, specially when you want to give them "investment advice".
