actually this is just my assumption because in my opinion all the time is the same for most traders, but from what I see that transaction volume on some exchanger is more much at 01:00 AM  - 06:00 AM from (GMT + , this is just what I see in the transaction history on the exchanger, but it depends on coins because each coin has a different community.
