I see the duration of distribution is running going up to 60 days and indeed they say if the of date February 20 distribution will start but it seems that it hasn't been done yet. be patient because sooner or later your token will soon be in your wallet.
It looks like they don't have plan to distribute the token.

i really don't know how this bounty will end (i was on it, off course), but i see that community/bounty hunters, always think the worse right now.
