Cryptopia is a Limited liability company. (LLC) It has no "owners". It has shareholders and a director.
The shareholders don't run the company or have any say in the management of the company.

Family, that's strange. Tell this family to start taking responsibility, to start telling customers what they intend to do with their money and no one will be "attacking" them. That's bold and presumptuous, calling "attack" people being concerned about their money.
