I will have to say that the only ICO project that have done something useful in my eyes is TRON, i have seen many projects coming out promising big things and does not do anything, but they were able to purchase bittorrent which is a really huge thing and if they can find a way to monetize that and can bring out development in peer to peer streaming services they can deliver big things and the potential is unlimited and the price is really low, there is nothing wrong in spending a couple of hundred dollars for the long term.
