Blackjack is a card game which the more hands you play you should have a better chance at winning those hands. That is if the casino you are using the dealer doesnt keep getting 21 or 20 on every hand. In that case you know something is up and should stop playing there.
I have found this blackjack site to have it happen not as often from the sites I have played on over the past year.
But yes if you do not have btc or any of the other cryptocurrenies they take then playing in demo mode will give you the practice you need until you do get some to start with.
