You can unlock for staking only.
Try typing
`help walletpassphrase`
You should set true after your password for staking only if I'm not mistaken.

Thank you cryptofarmer! I just wrote the help walletpassphrase and now I have my coins in the Immature row.. before that there was 0. I guess when the coins mature I will start staking? Anyway I will wait till tomorrow and let you know how it is going!
