There are thousands of coins are clones of bitcoin also some top ones like LTC DOGE etc. and many good exchanges are also clones of another.

they are using open-source software so understandable that you can see other similar interfaces as them. not only greencoin.
Do you require a kyc? And does the staff have linkedin profiles or any kind of profiles?
haven't tried their site but read this statement regarding identity verification
couldn't get any info from their team. so just be vigilant when using their exchange.
