I see that BTC and ETH are two coins that have the highest capitalization in Coinmarketcap.
But I don't know why Bitcoin is still up and ETH always maintains current prices.
Why did that happen? And now, I have to invest in Bitcoin or Ethereum?

The prices of both Bitcoin and Ethereum are determined by people with the majority of these coins. Crypto trading operates under the principle of demand and supply. If the supply rate is high compared to the demand the market price drops, and if the demand rate is higher than supply the price raises. Looking at the current market of bitcoin, the supply rate is higher than the demand rate.
