Like spam post but I agree with you about this. The NEO price goes to a peak in the first of 2018 and goes to the bottom in 2018. And now in the year 2019, the cost of NEO cannot improve due to the ban on China about cryptocurrency. So sad to say that NEO is dead and cannot grow anymore.
China is not banning it but this country has been putting a lot of restriction to the icos. remember about icos can bring a lot of possibilities to bring out the money from the countries.
