do you mean because of hardfork ethereum? will it change from ethereum's own market conditions or the market in general? I hope there will be a movement afterwards, but I'm not sure it will last very long.
Hard fork is just a system upgrade, it might change a bit but we cannot expect it will be bullish.
I guess we've seen already the effect and now the price is a bit stable, these hard fork is for long term purpose and most probably the result will
be seen over the course of time, so get in now while it's cheap.
