I would say Bitcoin, for a very simple reason, if Bitcoin Falls, ETH will fall too ... And to recover, Bitcoin would do it much faster and would be backed by a much larger volume than Eth. Most ICOs leave their funds in ETH, and if they need to change money to execute their projects, ETH will obviously bleed.
