cant use the manual payout option at coins4everyone, no matter how often i unluck the account, cash out is always greyed out..

Once you're logged, go to Edit Account, put your pin and click unlock.
Then you'll receive an email (watch your spam folder) with a link to validate.
Once you click this link, you'll be able to fill in your donation %, threshold and wallet address.
Don't forget to type your pin again and submit.
It's working for everybody else, there's no reason it would not for you ;-)
