I have heard this from others as well. Most of the times the experts say that buy low and sell high and use the profit to buy more at lower prices.
This indicates that we should never miss an opportunity to buy bitcoin at cheaper price as it is bound to bounce back to a higher price.
That a basic strategy in trading just "buy low and sell high". But at this point, you can't determine where is the point of low market price or where is the bottom price. For me, anytime is the right time to buy and then hold for the long term. When the right time has come for sure your profit was also there. They say this is the right time to buy then yes grab the opportunity.
