Expect ethereum to be 250 + usd on or before 8th MARCH 2019 
If this would happen than the whole market cap should be above 230B and BTC have to cross $5k otherwise it is not possible in short term. No doubt ETH will get explode and this range is looking possible in next few weeks.
250$ is possible with the current development they are going to release because previously the price of ETH cross more than 160$ which seems to be more bullish. So the chance of increasing ETH price is very huge, so now it is very good to hold ETH tightly until the market starts recovering.
