I don't think because only three hours fourteen minutes left to finish Ethereum Constantinople Hard Fork current block 7279415 and hard fork at block 7280000 and 585 blocks to go so still there are no changes eth price even its now red. Right now it is just 2:40 minutes away from the hardfork. Lot of major updates have been provided, but I believe this could cause increased transaction fee as well won't profit big with the GPU miners. Large scale ASIC miners will be getting good rewards after the hardfork.
