No one can really predict whether the market will recover in 2019 or not. I and many other people hope it will happen, but nobody really knows if it will happen this year. So I don't believe anybody's prediction and just wait and see. I don't think there's anything better to do in this situation anyway. But I'm assuming we'll have to wait until 2020 anyway for the market to full recover, but that's just my personal assumption/prediction.
