Nope, PoS related upgrade will be Serenity as far as I remember, anyone feel free to prove me wrong if I don't recall correctly
. Constatinople was for less blocks' reward and more smart contracts' securityIf I understood their road map correctly I think that POS won't come before 2020 or so? Or even 2021?
