Could someone please tell us if this fixes the crash in windows 10.  Also, we had complaints of someone trying to do 'exec podcupdate' and receiving "Invalid Destination Address".  This fixes that problem.  

Also:  This wallet fixes the problem where a person is unable to run 'exec podcupdate true' because the transaction is rejected.  Please try again in this version.
