ECP they been Scam since day one, they shut down the website now.
They might not necessary be scam, probably their site is under maintenance or down as a result of overloading and this is not a good sign for a good project. I checked through ether scan and saw that transactions are still going on though I cant find their history on coin market cap.
Personally, projects that look shady like this, I dont get involved in it once my instinct tells me not to. Even if they dont go down now, it is only a matter of time before they park up.
Thats true since there's no transparency and there are missing details to check for evaluation.
Be careful in this one although there are some who gave positive reviews, it might be there way to lure people to invest in their ICO.
Its better to conduct a further research and avoid ICO that has incomplete details.
