I have done 30 activities, but my rank is still a newbie. I thought after doing 30+ activities rank would be increased. How does the new ranking system work? How can I increase my merits?
Wow, it's been a long time since we've had a merit question.
Here's a link to the merit system and how it works. There was an update on 16 SEP 2018, you now need at least one merit to rank up to Jr. Member.

The only non-bounty posts you've made are this one, and one suggesting to someone who's banned to just make a new account. You're not likely to get any merit if you continue in that way.
