Yes but can the cards already be ordered and received or are you still in pre-order mode and not yet shipping?

For now there is only pre-order of debit cards and there is no yet shipping. We are planning to release debit cards in the 1st quarter of 2019. More information about debit cards will be announced later.

And for the pre-order the buyers have to send their money over to you or how does it work? I would prefer to see your cards first before paying for anything.

You do not need to pay something or to give any extra information. You must fill the form and put your name and e-mail and pre-order the debit card. When debit card will be available the insruction how to buy this card and how much it will cost will be send to your e-mail and you will decide if such card will be necessary for you.

Ok that's a fair deal then. Enough projects demand payment in advance and then fail to deliver the cards later on. This sounds like a reasonable approach.
