Yes I still invest in ICOs this 2019, but this time I invest only my time and data through bounty hunting. Am studying the ICO market for some time and if it gets profitable again, I will jump in.
Bounty hunting is not investing, so at the moment you don't invest in ICO's but one day you might. I am doing something similar and I voted yes although I am not investing at the moment but I will when I see something worth investment. I like to join bounty instead and if there are more projects that I am interested in I will invest. It is kind a yes and no answer for me.
