Agreed, plus I don't think there's anything really wrong with members who only post in the bounty section.  It's when they start trying to make posts in threads on topics they have no interest in, or in a language they don't understand, that they start to become rancid.  I'd much prefer a new member buy a copper membership than attempt to earn a single merit on their own if they're hopelessly inept at writing.
