Last bullrun, XRP is the hottest trend ever. But I don't know if it'll be hot trend in upcoming bullrun in the future or not but I can ensure that all good coins will become hot trend and a lot of investors will focus on investing in these good coins in bullrun.
XRP can be also be one of the other coin if the price of bitcoin increases this coin can be also increase it's value. Check the last block halving of bitcoin the price of this coin also increase including all other crypto so if we see the next bull run I am sure this coin can be also increase as the same as other coin after block halving.
However, I'm not sure if the price can be increase higher price just like what happen last bull run. Since there are many holders too holding this coin for a long time.
Indeed many altcoins in the market get to pump up because of the increasing price of bitcoin This is due to bitcoin price alone and the hype that many people are investing with it because of its scalability and XRP was one of that coin who got pump up, But as we can see that most of the coins were affected by the bitcoin price there are few coins that did not and this coin was called stable coins because they are not based on bitcoin but with fiat currency, Well apparently there are some manipulation with the price that is why there will be a correction afterward and back then there are many FUD on the forum and the news so they can sure manipulate peoples feelings in taking their investment with bitcoin and that had cost the bear market.
