There are some shitcoins that already die in this bearish market and lets hope ICOn is not one of them ,and looking at the chart seems like the coin is legit
As a coin that you described I would definetely pick utility tokens, tokens that can be used only on some platform. But 99% of all these platforms are useless. While ICON aims to  connect blockchains altogether  Smiley.
