I don't think that they are, they both joined bounty campaigns before they have posted shit about Ethereum Constantinople. They might just be two dumbasses believing that Constatinople network is a fork of Ethereum 
. So I won't be tagging them as it still lacks evidence that they are directly connected to the scam

Good thing is @Hellmouth42 has put a stop to their scam games by tagging both of them as they were clearly promoting scam even after clear warnings.
