You must be very rich if you were so careless with such a large amount of money. When I'm planning to send anything I even go as far as sending s very small transaction first to see if the site recognizes it and adds it to my balance. I do it with well known exchanges like Binance too, because I want to eliminate every possible system error on both sides.
I'm not sorry for your loss. You simply threw that money away and woke up when it was already gone. Please people, don't be careless! Nobody is going to check the sites and addresses for you. If you try out a new service that you're not sure of, send 1% of what you're planning to deposit and check all the features first (if you will be allowed to trade and withdraw, if the coins get returned to you, how long will it take, and so on).

how do you know its a russian scammer, russia is an open country with freedom of enterpreneurship everyone can use accounts and servers there just like american servers.

scammers are from everywhere.

spamming scammers are mainly from usa and britain
