I've also tried to acces it and but it's down. Seems like you have a problem with it, better resolve it asap.

Regarding to your idea, I think it's great as long as convince people and other websites /businesses , at least at the beginning,to post their jobs on your website. Otherwise if you just wait for people to come and post their jobs, you will have a hard time finding partners and clients that are willing to use your service.
