But for the market, 2019 will show strength and I believe that new money would come in. Some institutions will flow the money in but I'm more optimistic on 2020.

happy to answer any questions. That may be true. It is said in various articles that institutional investors are just waiting for more infrastructures before they start. Nasdaq has already started and we may see more to follow.
We don't know if that's the true reason why they aren't coming in to the market. But the very reason that we can think of, is that they are just waiting for more dips before putting their money onto crypto's. You know these institutions won't invest into something that will lose them money.
