The long-awaited Constantinople hard fork for the Ethereum network went live on 28 February 2019 alongside the St. Petersburg hard fork that provides fixes to Constantinople’s security issues.

in my opinion this is one good step, but actually what ethereum needs is not this kind of thing.
what ETH needs is only the clarity of the roadmap and a C.E.O
Lol it looks like you never watched ethereum roadmap. Go to the ethereum github page and read the latest roadmap, don't be a lazy person. ethereum dev has been thinking about all of possibilities that can be implemented in ethereum platform.
I also wonder why he said they need to clarify the roadmap when the ethereum team have already informed the public their planned in making the project more outstanding.
