It is good movement when correction is going on before the next big move and it is right time to pick more and make big profit in short time of period. Upgrade happened successfully which will push ETH to mainstream.
Well Ethereum upgraded successfully, that's really good for Ethereum Users but still market not moving well even adagio down. Market could go down more at some point but not sure, as you said right time to pick up Ethereum at this point.
If you want to buy at dip then wait for few days or observe market movement. Any time market could rise or dump suddenly.
I'm saddened that ETH didn't consolidate its price above 0.04k satoshis. The catalyst that is going to change the game is called a bull run.
