Just letting everyone know he has finally replied to my emails, Here's what hes said.
Ill update this once ive logged in and withdrawn the currency.
UPDATE: All withdrawn now, after that experience though im highly doubtful that ill be back

(many?) were trying passwords from compromised bitcointalk accounts
against the Dragon's Tale server. The timing and one of the

went silent on you - I have quite a few people try to scam the game

This morning I pulled up a backup for an unrelated issue and spent
some time looking for inconsistencies between the questions you
answered by email and server logs from before your withdraw attempt -
I found everything was consistent with your answers, so I have
replaced the 250 BTM. The server will be back online in an hour or so
- you can withdraw once it's back up. Once again, I'm sorry for the
overly cautious approach.
