They may not provide anything. This project collected money only because of the name of Durov. Otherwise they would not have collected it.
I'm not so sure. Contributors were recklessly sending money to whoever hyped the most, so they would still have raised a lot of money, though with a little less hype of course.
But I don't think if this one caused by the hype of TON ico and in fact that you must see that how telegram, being used by hundreds of millions people around the world and that makes sense if there was even a lot of ordinary person are blindly participating in this one.
