Still the best altcoins for me is ETH , because simply of it is smart contacts capability , and different from other altcoins . I think that the year 2019 will be very successful for ETH
ETH is already successful and have proven it's capability during the lasts bull run, the price increase was good and the number of users on its platform has increased. Maybe it's just because of the current market sentiment why the price is down but the system is still working good.
and looks like constantinopel hardfork already successfull.no more network error in ethereum transaction.developers ethreum was very serious to improve their scalability , they really concern on it due too much ico projects that used eth platform.and its mean ethereum demand will rise alot.
