Their support is full of lies. I spent 4 hours talking to one person named Molly who promised it will be within an hour every time.
Today talked to a person named Lily and same story.

Now finally they have disabled LIVE CHAT on my profile.
Tried to contact them on twitter, still not much useful

What a terrible experience. Needed this money urgently
