Just wait till Cloudbet resolve your issue with wire. Maybe they are checking your "game history" to be sure you played fair or smth like that.
Few weeks ago there was an issue with 330 BTC winning. After an investigation and some time, they paid the full amount to the winner. So there are no doubts that the casino is fair and you will get your 0.029 BTC.
I deposited 0.035 and after 2 games i had 0.029 ..
What's fair in that mate? I don't think its the issue.
The issue is their system. They don't care about small players
