Volatility can't be managed but it can be manipulated and some big parties have been doing it. Even some major platforms still not yet has a product. There was a lot of gimmick in the cryptocurrency right now.

to manipulate it requires huge capital. It can't happen very quickly or with instant. they did it with a lot of money should they use to move the market. Perhaps many communities doing manipulations like this, but I'm sure it takes a lot of money.
