This is not something unusual. In the current bear market, it's really difficult to raise big money. Only a few ICOs can reach high amounts of money. Most of the funds raise in private phases with big bonuses offered privately. This is one of the main reasons of price fall in the market after ICOs.

They are extending because they didn't reach their soft cap during this private sale stage, majorly now there is huge market fluctuation which makes us to extend their presale to further period.
